What is the difference between a map and an interactive dashboard?
A map is a static analysis, an assessment of specific territories at a given moment. It is an ideal medium as a companion piece to your study reports, or for printing visual material in HD, for example.
A geographic dashboard is an interactive and dynamic application created in C&D Online or Articque Platform. You can navigate between areas at the click of the mouse and zoom in on the finest geographic level to access a more precise vision of your territories and display various indicators. It is a real management, decision-making and communication tool, and it is very easy to use.
Who is Articque Platform meant for?
Articque Platform is especially suited to companies with specific data governance requirements, who wish to retain control over their data. It can be deployed on-premise or on a dedicated server hosted by Articque. In any case, our technical team will be with you every step of the way to facilitate the installation. The Platform administrator can access additional features to easily manage the solution via an administrative console (users, roles…).
The solution is perfectly suited to deployment projets within several departments, with no restriction to the number of users.
Can your solution be connected to my applications or to my databases?
Our solutions can be connected to systems already in place: CRM, ERP, BI, databases (SQL, MySQL, PostGRE…).

How can I create my maps and reports independently?
We offer personalized training sessions to all our clients to help them learn quickly how to use our solutions. Our cartographer-instructors are there to guide you through your first cartographic analyses, using your own data.
Depending on their needs, C&D Online and Articque Platform users have a choice between 3 roles:
Analyst Creator: create static maps and reports,
Expert Creator: in addition to the Analyst Creator role, an Expert Creator can make interactive maps and Wizards,
Collaborator: browse the atlases created by Expert Creators and use Wizards independently.

What is a Wizard?
A Wizard is a cartographic application which guides the user step by step through the self-service creation of his cartographic and statistical analysis, or of his report, without him having been trained to use C&D.
